WHAT DO WE NEED TO FOLLOW A BALANCED DIET

The bestway to eat a balanced diet is to eat every day differen types of food, keep a regular schudele for meats, chew fow slowly, eating fruit and vegetables that provide vitamins and minerals, proteins such as meat, eggs, seafood.

The junk food hunger and desire to eat something good, but not the nutritional requirements of the body to stay healthy and protected agains disease. Therefore to look after our health it is recommended to reduce the amount of junk food from our food.

It should avoid the wole egg, and that consume this raises cholesterol levels in the blood. You should never use the microware to heat food.

It is graph in order to simply indicate wich foods are needed in the diet and how much to consume to achieve a balanced diet that includes all foods groups.

In conclusion; you must avoid junk food and to be fit and healthy.
Also diet routine an exercise, beware of the sugar, fat and salt.

TOURIST PLACES IN GUAYAQUIL

It is the largest and most populated city in Ecuador known as the pearl of the Pacific.
One of the most attractive place is the Malecon 2000 where tourists visit is great extension near the Guayas river and it is one of the most comercial areas in this city.
Las Peñas neighborhood is the oldest in Guayaquil.
Actually it has become very known by foreign tourist and native too.
The Estero Salado is magnificent. You can see varieties of species such as: flora and fauna, the rides by boats are nice.
I consider that government should train our people about service quality for tourists, in order that they have a good remembrance of our city.
